About SAFE
Save Animals Facing Extinction seeks to drive change at all levels of government that will protect earth’s most precious wildlife. Our goal was to highlight individual animals and spread awareness of the animal's situation through videos. Each video was a collaboration with the graphics team at Mothership Strategies. Alongside designers DeAndra Hodge & Julia Dugger we collaborated in storyboarding, selecting stock video/images, creating illustrations, animating, and typesetting. My Role
As the most experienced member with motion design on the team I had the responsibility to lead our team into a video production process. This started with bi-weekly calls that had us researching new trends, resources, reviewing storyboards and learning sessions. In these calls we created our first storyboard which was the template for many future SAFE videos. As the content varied between each brief we took different approaches to each video but followed the same styling.
